| Return Policy
TileUniverse.com Inc. accepts returns within 30 days of purchase. The
products must be returned in the same condition as it was bought. If the
tile was sold in full cartons then the return must be made in full cartons.
There will be a 20% handling charge on all items. The consumer is
responsible to pay for the return shipping charges. A return authorization
number will be given and a C.O.D pickup will be arranged. Refunds will be
given only upon inspection of the merchandise.
